Consultancy means seeing how a company actually works, including the parts that are broken. So nothing reaches this page without written consent, and no client data is used to train a model.
The conditions for publishing
The number is measured together
The project opens with a number of yours, whether hours, error rate or response time, and closes with that same number measured. A percentage with no source behind it is treated here as a defect.
The client reads it first
The text goes to the client before it exists on this page. Name, sector, number and quote, all reviewed by whoever signs.
Written approval
A case goes live only after the approval email. Until that arrives, the anonymous version stands, and we show it only in conversation.
Four reserved spaces
Each slot becomes a card with the client's logo, the sector, the number before and after, and a quote from whoever used it.
